One platform for 14 markets and strict design requirements.
The task was to replace the existing JTL shop and build a dedicated platform for United Nude in the Central European market. It had to serve more than 14 European markets and implement the strict design requirements of the Los Angeles headquarters precisely.
The overarching goal was a consistent Customer Journey that increases the Conversion Rate sustainably while preserving the brand's exclusivity in the premium segment.
Aesthetics meet a smart shop solution
Fashion and architecture visually merged.
Built on a custom Shopify Plus architecture, the platform visually connects fashion and architecture. Products are staged like a high-end lookbook to emphasize the innovative shapes and the futuristic aesthetic of the designs.
The custom-built solution makes it possible to manage new collections centrally and integrate them into the shop with minimal effort. This realignment led to a conversion increase of 6.5 percent.
Exclusive drops and strong loyalty
Community loyalty in high fashion.
To strengthen loyalty in the high-fashion space, automations and retention systems were implemented. Product launches are prepared through automated countdown mechanics that build anticipation deliberately.
Registered users receive exclusive early access, which concentrates demand and triggers early purchase intent. These measures increased returning buyers by 30 percent.
Targeted presence in the premium segment
Brand impact and search intent in the luxury market.
The new-customer strategy was aligned precisely with the positioning in the high-end segment. Meta campaigns communicate the design philosophy and charge the brand emotionally to set it apart from the mass market. In parallel, Google captures existing demand from users with concrete purchase intent.
Through the direct connection of the Google Shopping feed to the Merchant Center, searches for designer fashion are converted directly into a compelling shopping experience. Even in the highly competitive luxury market, growth stays predictable.
