When you access our website, the hosting provider automatically records server log files containing your browser, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, and the date and time of the server request. This data is processed exclusively to ensure trouble-free operation and to improve our services, and does not allow identification of a specific person.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interests).

If you contact us by email, your details, including the contact data you provide, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for possible follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The data entered in the email is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) or for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected.

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. Pursuant to § 165 (3) TKG 2021, your express consent is required for the setting of cookies that are not technically necessary.

When you first visit our website, a cookie banner is displayed through which you can give or refuse your consent. You can withdraw or adjust your consent decision at any time with effect for the future – either via the consent management tool (CMP, e.g. "Cookiebot", "Usercentrics", "Real Cookie Banner") provided on our website or by deleting cookies in your browser settings.

We distinguish the following cookie categories:

  • Technically necessary cookies: These cookies are required for the operation of the website and cannot be refused. They do not store any personal data for marketing or analysis purposes.
  • Analytics cookies: These cookies enable us to analyze website usage. They are only set after your consent.
  • Marketing cookies: These cookies are used to serve you relevant advertising and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. They are only set after your consent.

We use Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Tag Manager is a tool for managing website tags and loads further tracking services based on your consent decision (cookie banner). Google Tag Manager itself does not store any personal data and does not set cookies in normal operation. The Tag Manager is only activated after your consent has been given for the respective service category.

A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Google.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) in conjunction with § 165 (3) TKG 2021.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze the use of our website. The information generated – in particular your (truncated) IP address, pages visited, time spent, device used and browser type – is transferred to Google servers and stored there. Servers are located in the EU or EEA; a transfer to the USA cannot be entirely ruled out. Google LLC has certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which ensures an adequate level of data protection for transfers to the USA.

We have activated IP anonymization so that your IP address is truncated by Google before storage. We have also concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Google. The data collected is used exclusively on our behalf to analyze website usage and improve our services.

In addition, we use Google Ads Remarketing to address website visitors with targeted ads on other websites. For this purpose, Google sets a cookie in your browser that anonymously records your visit and your user behavior on our website.
